Oregon is an American state, and the third most populous and second largest geographically of the state/provinces of Cascadia. It covers most of the southern extent of the lower Columbia and lower Snake watersheds, the Cascadian coast between the 42nd parallel and the Columbia River, including the upper Klamath, the Umpqua and the Rogue River watersheds. Part of southern Oregon, including the area around Lakeview, lies in non-Cascadian endorheic basins.
